Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping bag, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
